After a duration of five hours, Ciara left my dog’s grooming unfinished, citing safety reasons. However, what truly concerned me was the condition in which she left my dog. I cannot recommend Ciara as a groomer due to her unprofessionalism and lack of experience. The manner in which she left my dog was unacceptable and alarming

She had brown hair and highlights. She wasn't wearing a name tag. Don't hire workers that only look at their phones during the shift and not actually work. Thankfully I was able to find my answers on Google 🙄
