- DFDizzy FlakcoJun 6, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Petco Grooming. I dropped my dog off at 2:00 PM and wasn’t able to pick him up until almost 7:00 PM. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told that my dog was the reason for the delay. The problem is that I’ve taken him to multiple other groomers, and they’ve never described him as difficult or kept him for anywhere near five hours. He’s always been groomed and ready in a reasonable amount of time. If your salon is running behind, just be honest instead of blaming the customer’s pet. Leaving a dog in a kennel for hours without clear communication is unacceptable and stressful for both the pet and the owner. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location for grooming services.

I walked in to this store only to be met by unprofessional staff with poor appearance. The store was dirty. Live reptiles look very ill and others animals enclosures were very dirty. This was very sad. Shelves were empty. I don't know how they stay in business like this.
