I have a 30-gallon tank with 20 GloFish already, and I wanted to add another 10. The staff member told me that was too many for the tank and warned that there would be no refunds if I went ahead with the purchase. I accepted that condition, but his attitude was incredibly unpleasant and rude. I can understand his concern for the fish, but that is no excuse for treating a customer that way. He wouldn't even let me finish a sentence, repeatedly saying "no more, no more." If anyone in a position of authority at this location sees this comment, please provide some retraining on customer service. Yes, my tank is 30 gallons, but I actually have two tanks—though he wouldn't let me explain that. I’m a fish lover; I would certainly be upset if they died and would regret the wasted money, but I had my own reasons for the purchase. Please treat customers like family; after all, the business relies on them to survive and grow.
