- RWRich Whepley6 days ago5.0I recently brought ny puppy to Oetconin Plymouth Ma for a wash, nail trim, ear cleaning, and tooth cleaning. The staff there was welcoming, took great care of Stubby, and did a great job with his care! I would recommend them to any pet owner!
- DLDiana LawlessMay 8, 20261.0I was very disappointed the groomer took way to long he said he could not blow dry her left her in a kennel to dry Willow is a border Collie and very anxious she has never been in a kennel for that long. I pick her up and her nails and feet were not trimmed her bellie fur is all tagged her back end was not brushed out completely I had to do it when I got her home. I bring her to he groomed because I can no longer do it myself with a bad back the groomer told me if I bring her back get her some calming meds and he would cut her nails and hair. I am appauld at this I took my dog and left I have never had a problem before with Petco but to pay for a service and it not be done is an insult and I tipped him. I will not be back I took my dog to the vet to have her nails done cost me another 60 bucks. The groomer also did not offer any refund back to me when I said but I paid for that. Terrible groomer terrible service

He was apparently jumping too much. While I agree this behavior is annoying and shouldn’t happen, someone in the business of working with pets should have a higher threshold of tolerance. Banning the dog seems excessive.
