Since 1/26 service has dropped significantly. I've been told their are vet coverage issue and a new computer system. Recently went for a follow up for chronic itching. Should have been resolved with last expensive visit. After a bill just under $300, I left with an itchy dog, and never spoke to vet. I was told three times the vet would call me later in the day. Never heard a thing. Told a prescription would be called to my pharmacy for a skin issue. It was never called in. I have followed up by phone 3 times. Now, a week later and no prescription. No update.
Also, all appts require drop off. Not convenient when you are 45 minutes away. Have great patience if you choose this location. Lastly, due to staffing issues, no longer open Friday or Saturday. Complete mess and not positive for your pet.

You caught me when I just got off the phone with Banfield. Trying to figure out why I paid for a 3 year rabies shot ,got a tag and cert saying 2 years , now they said it's a one year !! They argued with me before I asked for a manager. Then the same person said manager said it was 1 year shot . Easy answer for her in my eyes. Always a good visit, nice people but mistakes like this can definitely cause a problem.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
