She looked at me annoyed, and said you're early. Either walk around or take a seat. When my appointment time came we still were not checked in. When the other younger receptionist checked for me the old one got visibly upset with other customers. Extremely rude. I will be switching my vet and not coming back.

But over the last 6 months or so appointments seem to "go missing" and everything switched over to "drop-off" only. Once the drop-offs started then suddenly they couldn't cut our German Shepherd's nails (although it had been done by them a few times previously) because she gets so anxious, but non violent. We had already removed our card info and will not be renewing the plan but today really took the cake. Our other dog had an accident and needed an emergency appointment. I attempted to call and after got no answer. This didn't seem abnormal because every time we visit this location the phone rings off the hook and no one ever seems to attempt to answer. Went online and made an emergency injury appointment through the scheduler for 1pm. Husband packs up dog and heads over. Come to find out, this location "doesn't take appointments between 12 and 2." Person at the front seemed eager to help, but not much can be done when the Dr isn't in the building. Made several comments about how much they dislike the online scheduling but did confirm an appointment on the schedule. Another, assuming more senior employee comes over and said we should've called. When informed that we did, asked if we called the correct location. Taking our pet to one of the other 6 emergency vets in the area and will not be returning once the care contract is up.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
