I brought a cat I rescued off the streets to have vaccinations and snap tested. The techs were great and the Dr was very pleasant. I wish they could have a room with a door though. It makes me nervous when cats are being examined.

The employees are all great but the wait time is a bit much for a scheduled appointment. Also noticed they like to push prescriptions even when you said you aren't interested.

Awful experience. Vet was rude . Staff couldn’t hold my cat to preform blood work so when I asked if it was possible to assist because he’d be more comfortable the vet looked at me and said “ we’re done” like I offended her and through my cat in the carrier . I was not insulting them or being rude in any matter all she need to say was sorry you can’t it’s against policy. So unprofessional and rude I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Didn’t finish the exam or vaccines but I still had to pay and had the audacity to try to get me to come back for a booster of the one shot they actually have my cat. Dr Karen hicky doesn’t belong working people let alone animals that’s for sure
