  Muffin is on heart med. When i arrived for my appt i found out that it is your policy not to accept dogs on this med ( reasons were explained) Shouldn’t this have been clarified when i made the appointment? I wasted a morning putting aside this appointment. Please i form staff or website appointments to clarify this point that dogs are not able to attend appts if they are in the following conditions.   The store is clean and I'll go to it in a pinch for last minute pet needs but last visit left a bad impression. My family had picked out everything needed to set up an aquarium when my toddler needed to use the bathroom only to be informed he cannot use it "because people flush things they shouldn't" and we could go to one of the other businesses in the plaza. We put our merchandise back and purchased at a small business down the road.

  Groomer zoe w stated she was behind couldn’t take my dog 20min late cause she was running behind sooooo my dog would have been sitting in a cage waiting for 20min for her to catch up anyways .. make it make sense ! Mind you I come from the cape ! & he’s under 14lbs also how is it my fault your running behind your schedule ? Will never get my dog groomed there also didn’t cancel My appointment till after I left

  I have worked retail for a big part of my 50yrs of living and I cannot believe the lack of customer service I experienced today. I bought a cat fountain that I was unable to put together either due to me being dumb (mostly) and/or there was a part missing. Bought on Saturday, bring back on Monday after work. Walk in lady at the front says hello-great start. I walk over and start explaining that I couldn’t put it together and I also think there is a part missing anyway. Completely talks over me while going through the bag for a receipt or whatever she was doing? I said I have the receipt here, from my purse. I show her from the instructions which part is missing and she says yah I got it then proceeds to say yah the foam filter. No, that wasn’t the piece so now I just stop talking since she doesn’t want to listen and possible troubleshoot so I don't have to return the item. Nope, does her thing in total silence then asks me if the filters in a separate item bag came from the box. I said, no its a separate item and its on the receipt. Dows her thing in silence again. Then reaches over to the payment pad and declines the option to make a donation for animals!?! No communication at all?!? Asks me if I want my original receipt, I say yes, please. Gives it to me, then the other return receipt and says “goodnight” like I am a bad girlfriend and she is upset at me for asking the bare minimum of common courtesy and customer service. Funny thing is, at work my colleague asked my why I go to Petco and I said because I don’t want them to go out of business because then where would the pets go. Pets go where their owners take them.
