  I’ve been going to Banfield for a couple of years and have spent thousands with them. They constantly try to sell me royal canine food which is filled with synthetics and fillers. They also constantly try to sell me allergy pills or injections which suppress allergy symptoms and causes side effects such as organ damage after prolonged use, and no matter how many times I say no, the doctors always try to push it. I always advocate for my dog and Dr. Bryce has gotten to know how serious I am about my dog. However she left and the last two times I was seen by a new doctor who isn’t familiar with my dog or me and the push for unnecessary treatments started again. And I was upset at the lack of attention and due diligence in regards to my dogs needs and treatment. Me and this new doctor mutually agreed that it wasn’t working out, so she made a note so we could be seen by another clinician. However Dr. Wang whom I prefer only does drop off visits, which makes it very hard for both me and my dog since in room is what works best for us. They then recommend me take my dog to another banfield location which is a 30-45 min drive away. So not only do I always have to strongly advocate for my dog to get the correct and best treatment, now they just suggest I have to go to another location even after going to this location for 3 years. The one star is for the bare minimum they do which is routine check ups and vaccinations, but to pay over $1,000 a year just for the absolute bare minimum is ridiculous.

  I have been going here for about 6 years now and I absolutely love it. The staff are so caring, the vets are willing to talk you through what is going on. And I never feel like they are trying to get more money out of me. There have been multiple times where they easily could have insisted on extra services for diagnosis but have always been transparent and told me they were not necessary. I have two very nervous pups and they love the people that work here!

  Dr. Wang and the entire staff took exceptional care of my 14-year-old dog. They were incredibly gentle, especially given her age and the fact that she needed anesthesia. Throughout the entire process, they kept me calm, reassured, and well-informed. You can tell they truly have compassion for both pets and their owners. Years ago, Dr. Richards also diagnosed my dog with a mast cell tumor that my previous vet before Banfield had overlooked for years—ultimately saving her life in a very real sense. I’m deeply grateful for both doctors and this practice, and I would highly recommend them.

  Dr. Brinker was the worst. Made our first puppy vet visit a bad experience. Thankful to learn that she is a floater and not on ft rotation.

  I Have been going to Banfield for 18 years and every location has fabulous. 8 dogs and 5 cats and they took care of them for there entire lives. I recommend them highly and there pet insurance is amazing. I pay 135 a month it covers his dental cleaning and two comprehensive tests with all there shots and simparico trio for the year. what I just listed cots over 5,000 minimum at a regular vet practice. With Banfield you can go to any location you are not stuck with only one vet. Your vet appointments are also free any time you only have to pay for medications and they discounted as well. 10 stars I love Banfield they saved two of my dogs lives. one lived 4 years more and the other made it to 15. This is a place you can trust and you can add the insurance at your first visit. Thank you Banfield for everything you have done and will do in the future.
