- MKMolly KosmaApr 27, 20262.0I brought my cat here for a routine appointment for a check up & vaccinations. The team did not explain which vaccines my cat would be needing and why, I was just sent an invoice. They took my cat into the back room & had found that he had a minor ear infection, but handled the care poorly. When asked to see my cat, they refused & stated he that was very uncomfortable during the ear cleaning and repeatedly complained that he gave them a hard time, which made us feel very untrusting. The doctor ran into the room, scaring us & immediately told us we would need to pay another $100 for medication. When they returned with my cat, they briefly explained how to instill eardrops for him, but did not go over any other details as to his vaccinations or his prescription diet I had inquired about. The appointment felt very rushed and I feel the team did not make me very comfortable with the care provided to my cat.

- LQLisa QJul 23, 20242.0They are relatively good if you can get a hold of them, but otherwise it is probably better to go elsewhere. They are extremely understaffed and simply can't keep up. Due to understaff issues, they close on days that they are listed to be open, and then open again for days they are closed. Appointments are fine for the procedures you went for, but they don't take any time to discuss treatment plans. There are very little advice or care instructions provided, even when it is clear the pet has complicated issues that may require parent to be extra informed and attentive. If your friend is young and healthy, this is fine for some regular check ups but if they are older and has issues, go elsewhere. I have learned my lesson in the hardest way.
