  I brought my golden doodle recently to this grooming salon, very first time to this place and will be the last one. Doodles have a fluffy tail that’s part of their coat length. I specifically asked them to trim the tail. I paid $180 for a full haircut including a tip of $30. I should had waited to pay until I see my poor dog come out of the salon with a shaved tail!!! Horrible. Who shaved a tail on a goldendoodle!, it’s going to take months to grow back. Extremely disappointed! I shouldn’t had changed grooming salons for this place, very very bad experience.Awful.

  Such a wonderful place to bring our pup, Avery and the team were always very kind and accommodating to all of our fur baby’s needs. I wish we could stay at this groomer forever but unfortunately we’re moving. Ina will miss the team dearly!

  Our Lexi has a bath membership and usually goes once a week. She LOVES the staff. Lexi is a rescue and was scared the first few times, but now she runs in and can’t wait for her bath and nail trim. They made her 100% comfortable!

  They are the best team to take care of my baby Miguel. Besides the fact that they do their best to make him look good and cleaned, they are careful and super nice to him! ❤️

  Poor client service,. There are lots of other options and I would steer clear of this place. They are ok if things go well, however if you ever have an issue (They butchered a haircut significantly) they simply don’t care, no phone call returns or assistance, then they just say don’t come back. As a local leader of the community, I would suggest that you take advantage of the other more warming friendly places than this place that is corporate and could care less.
