  I brought my puppy in for her rabies vaccine and left extremely frustrated. Because of repeated technician errors, I received two invoices and three different rabies certificates with conflicting vaccine serial numbers. The hospital manager was even listed as the veterinarian. I was first told it was a “system error,” but later the manager admitted it was human error. They eventually fixed the certificate, but after that many mistakes, I had no confidence in the records. What really bothered me was finding older reviews mentioning similar rabies certificate errors and a 1-year/3-year vaccine mix-up. Dr. Turner and the front desk staff were great. My issue is with the repeated mistakes involving an important medical record. I simply don’t trust this practice with my pets anymore, so I’ve moved my dog and two cats elsewhere.

  Dr. Turner has been treating my senior dog for chronic kidney disease and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated to his patients. Thanks to his expertise and thoughtful care I was able to have more precious time with my dog and I will always be grateful for that. Unfortunately, the time has come to say goodbye to my sweet old dog. Dr. Turner has made this incredibly difficult process as peaceful and comforting as possible, showing both kindness and empathy every step of the way. I truly recommend Dr. Turner to anyone looking for an exceptional veterinarian. His expertise, experience and compassion make him an outstanding doctor and I will always be thankful for the care he provided to my beloved dog

What truly sets this clinic apart is their genuine connection to animals—they understand them on another level. Their experience with the Sphynx breed gave us immediate confidence that we were in the right hands. They’re also refreshingly transparent and mindful when it comes to cost. Pricing is fair, clearly explained, and never excessive. We’ve absolutely found our go-to vet.

  I had a fantastic first time visit with my 12 year old Frenchie for a checkup and vaccines. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome by the friendly staff Krisanne and Kelly at the front desk. Jenn the technician was wonderful and patient with my nervous senior girl. The exam with Dr. Turner was intentional, thorough, and gentle. I brought Nala back for a dental cleaning with several complex extractions, and she recovered beautifully and I can tell she feels so much better now. I felt the whole team genuinely cared about me and Nala. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a vet, hands down.
