  Almost positive it was a woman manager who helped us, she was literally SO RUDE, we almost didn’t buy the snake because of how rude she was… but then my son and I felt bad leaving the snake in her care so we ended up getting it… took 30 minutes for a guy to come over and help us after we asked for help, when he finally came over and helped us she told him to go and do something and she helped us. That’s what makes me think she’s a manager. I genuinely think she was mad because she was telling us what we need AT A RAPID FIRE PACE, (btw not our first time with a snake) and we said yup we already have everything, and what we do need we got from Amazon… that’s when she got REAL RUDE. My son wanted to ask her if we could just deal with the guy Pete who came over first but he was nervous to ask her, thinking she’d say no and tell us to leave. If you’re going to work with people… stop being a rude person. If you’re that miserable go get a job in a cubical where you don’t have to speak to people.

  The selection of pet supplies is solid and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I found some prices to be a bit high, and the store can get crowded at times, making it tough to navigate. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for your furry friends.

  Don’t go here. I threw a bag of Wellness food for my dog over my shoulder and, as I carried it to checkout, found three small cockroaches on it. Avoid unless you want to bring roaches into your car or home.
