  Took my dog Phoebe for her first veterinary appointment there. I have to say everyone that was working in the veterinary office was very nice, detailed and informative.

  Hello, I was a fishing customer. I live in RI. I drove to that address for an appointment for my dog. I called to let her know that I was going to the appointment but it has been raining a lot. I did everything possible to arrive on time. I arrived 10 minutes late and as much as I begged for them to attend to me or I could wait for the Appointment they didn't want to attend me they didn't care I had to drive more than 1:30 back to my house from what you can see they're only interested in the money

  My dog got a razer burn on his skin and started limping. He refused to walk for several days. Went to the pet hospital and they said it was indeed a razor burn. Avoid avoid avoid. I have never been to a groomer that takes more than 5 hours to mess up a poodle mix’s look but also hurt them in the process.

  Brady was incredibly patient over the phone and helpful ensuring we had the proper food for our kittens in a pinch! We are grateful to have this Petco in our neighborhood.

  I took my dog to the vaccination clinic for a heartworm test. I've been trying for over a month to get the prescription filled, and Petco will not send it to the online pharmacy. A Vetco rep. in Medford even tried to help, and I had a three way call with Vetco and the pharmacy to get it straightened out, and still nothing. Multiple calls have just resulted in empty promises to "escalate" or call back (they don't), but still they don't send the prescription. They could simply OK it over the phone, but they won't, even though their vet wrote it.
