Highly disappointed. I got thr wrong size collar on the sale rack and they won't swap it out. Even though there were more on the rack. I also bought a dog sweater. Never even put it on my dog. Again they had another one that wasn't frayed. They wouldn't let me swap it out. I'm visiting my friend here in Mashpee from Maryland. Never will I darken their door. What an insane policy. I guess that's how the rich get richer! Unconscionable! Buyer BEWARE Hot Diggity is absolutely wretched!

The ladies who I’ve interacted with while visiting are always so nice! They have great Cape Cod bandanas and collars for our pup! Prices are reasonable. They have everything from beds, to treats, to a variety of snuffle mats or anything you’re looking for!

This is the most wonderful store with wonderful people ! I needed a harness for my corgi and we had to try on about 6 of them to find the right size. Chloe was so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind!

The staff is always SO welcoming and helpful! Very knowledgeable about their products as well especially for my situation which my dog has severe allergies!
