Our dog is so excited every time they arrive to pick him up - his whole body wags with his tail! Any time I've needed to reach out to reschedule, cancel, or just ask questions, Golden Paw staff are extremely responsive and caring. One week, our dog wasn't feeling well and I let them know he may be slow or reluctant to walk. They replied to me that day to report back on his walk and ALSO replied to me (unprompted) the next time they walked him to report that he seemed to be doing better. They really go above and beyond and it shows how much they care about the dogs they work with. I can't recommend Golden Paw enough!

I left her in their care for multiple weeks and I didn’t have to worry. They have such patience and love for all their dogs ! Love this place!

Quick response and took photos to let me know they picked him up. Even with the tight schedule they were able to fit in the pickup. Highly recommended!!!
