  I always do buy online pick up in store and I noticed the dog food I bought had the old packaging but I did not think anything of it. I was babysitting my grandson so I bought it at the Mansfield location instead of my usual and since I had a 2 year old with me 000000 I did not really closely examine it. When I got home my boyfriend looked and it had expired 6 months previously. Luckily I don't have to go to that store but can go to the one closer to me but it is still an unnecessary trip out of my way to return the food. I give it 2 stars instead of one because the staff were friendly and the store seemed clean.

  Scheduled an appointment for trimming of cat’s nails. We were quoted $24 at the time of scheduling and when we took our cat in, we were informed the price would be over $100. They tried upselling a monthly subscription which is absolutely ridiculous. Ended up walking out without my girls nails cut and took her to look around the store since we were already there. The cat section was extremely small. There was not a variety of treats available. Most of the cat aisles were food, and there was a small section of toys and cat nip. Cashiers were very friendly and the best part of the whole shopping experience. Unfortunately our experience with the vetco in store soured our whole Petco relationship going forward.

  Brought my dog for a “grooming appointment” come to find out I made the mistake of booking for a different location. Mansfield was beyond accommodating and took my dog in with no problems. My dog came out happy, clean and smelling great. I will regularly bring my dog here for grooming services. I also have had to bring my cats to the vet here and they were great as well. One night I needed last minute medication and this store went above and beyond to get my pet necessary medication. I am so happy with this Petco!

  Came in to this place and was asked if my dog had rabies vaccine when clearly the collar chain was on his neck and it was right there in the computer. I had to pull up my dogs information to show the lady and she seen the date and asked when does it expire. From my knowledge , you know they expire enter from when the shot is taken. Moving along, as the lady was taking my dog, i let her know my dog may be a bit nervous because he is afraid of other dogs, she then resounded “ i understand , u am afraid of people and only like dogs. Okay very awkward /and weird. You shouldn’t be working front desk because you will have to interact with people. I then waited over 4 hours for her to give my puppy a bad haircut when i told her to keep him fluffy and about 3/4. My puppy was cut down to about almost skin , she did a very bad job. Shaved and burned his testicles and belly.when i came to pick my pup up , i found him with a gay flag that i did not pay for or request around him. Sand a bar haircut. Being respectful , i left a 5$ tip when she deserved nothing and left. Racial discrimination and sexual harassment right there. I’m not sure if this location does not get black customers but i am not the 1 or 2 and the micro aggressions were clocked and will be reported.
