  I had to bring my dog in to them with an emergency and they were the most attentive and caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They made sure that not only my dog was taken care of, they checked on me as well. I cant thank them enough for what they have done for me and my dog. They extremely kind and very personable and very professional. I am a customer for life!

  It is with a broken heart that I write about my experience with Bond. I used Bond for my senior dog for roughly 3 years. The first 2 were great. This year though, we were assigned to Dr Miller. My senior was experiencing seizures which as a former technician myself I knew the signs of and repeatedly spoke about these occurrences. Instead of trusting the owner and ordering work ups for this, Dr Miller deemed him to have a spinal issue and wanted to do, as she herself stated, “crunchy” style veterinary care and treat him chiropractically. She also became oddly fixated on performing a dental on him while he had a level 5 heart murmur, any veterinary professional worth their salt would know this was completely out of line though she felt the need to leave a 4 minute long voicemail on my phone almost demanding to do one. Not to mention during a quality of life appointment she said and I quote “no one gets off of this rock alive”. I question her training and am quite certain Bond does nothing in the any of sensitivity training which is imperative in VetMed. My dog passed away last night after cluster seizures left him unable to be saved. Had he been started on antiseizure medications at the beginning of this year this may never have happened. I spoke with the medical director about my concerns earlier while he was recovering and was promised a call back to check in. Never got a single call, email, or anything while I know VERY well MassVet sends updates to the pets usual vet. They were receiving updates and did not care. Unless you want to shell out hundreds of dollars per visit and not be listened to whatsoever, please take your beloved pets elsewhere. These people are cold hearted and money hungry.

  Dr. Deanna Miller was excellent all around. I knew instantly that my sick little Shih Tzu was in safe, compassionate, experienced, and capable hands. Thanks so much to BondVet for having great Doctors like Dr. Miller on your staff.

  Theresa the vet tech was wonderful and made me feel at ease, she was great with my fearful dog who usually nips strangers. She was super knowledgeable, cheerful and skilled.

  Minka had a wonderful visit at the Lynnfield location. Both the nurse, Teresa, and the veterinarian, Dr. Miller, were amazing. They listened carefully to all of our concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain each treatment option, making sure we understood everything. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, friendly, and compassionate toward Minka’s wellbeing. Their genuine care and professionalism made us feel confident that she was in the best hands. We truly appreciate the excellent care they provided and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care!
