Let me tell you something I walked in they were so kind and they got my dog's nails absolutely perfect and even helped me coach her through it!

The company has a new disgusting money-hungry CEO & I will never consider petco again until he is removed.

No mention of the injury , and the grooming job was horrible. They denied any injuries cause. In the meantime he took the dog to the vet and spend lots of $$ trying to help heal his eye. The dog was in so much pain, stopped eating and interacting completely, due to the injury cause while being groomed.. I truly do not recommend any one bring their loved animal to this place. They also claimed there was no cameras available to review the incident. His dog ended up having to be put down. 😔. Bad practice, bad management, bad grooming.
