I asked an employee named Dana probably a million questions about every Reptile I could think of in store yet he still answered patiently and knowledgeably every time. I was extremely surprised to hear he is fairly new there after our conversation. He is most definitely an employee I would love to have if I were manager. Also wanted to mention that Samantha helped us out up front and she was just as great. She had a smile every second of our interaction and ensured to help my girlfriend and I get every deal possible for our items purchased that day. Fantastic duo. 5/5 stars.

Emily is Thor’s groomer (our 5 year old Great Pyrenees) and she always does a fantastic & beautiful job with him! Emily has been Thor’s groomer for his whole life! The grooming staff couldn’t be friendlier to us and they all show so much love and kindness towards Thor as well! We love going here and Thor looks forward to his monthly grooming with Emily and the hugs and attention that he receives from the grooming staff! Thank you, ladies for a great experience once again!
