- KLKara Lynch4 days ago5.0My dog drags me to the Hingham Petco every week so he can get a treat! The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and professional. You can tell they all love animals. There are a wide array of good and services. I took my dog to puppy training several years ago and he learned the basics very well. They have professional and self-serve grooming stations, which are great. They have plenty of toys, treats, food, tools, beds, cages, tanks and clothes for pets. This is a nice store and I enjoy visiting.
- AAAmandaSep 27, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Vetco Vaccine Clinic at the Hingham Petco with Dr. Sharon Holt. My dog Abee is 9 years old, weighs only 6 pounds, and has a documented history of sensitivity to vaccines. I explained her history and that her veterinarians have routinely given her Benadryl before vaccinations as a precaution. Dr. Holt refused to give it to her and told me she was not going to do it and was not set up for it. I have brought Abee to these types of Vetco vaccine clinics before, and this precaution had previously been accommodated. As a result, I was unable to have Abee vaccinated at her scheduled appointment. I was very disappointed that her documented history and the precautions previously used for her were not accommodated.
