- ABAlexandria BarketAug 15, 20261.0Takes forever to check out and after making you wait in line ten plus minutes (some people just put their stuff down and left it took so long) the female cashier kept heavily pushing their paid store program trying to get me to sign up even after repeated No’s and me putting the papers she kept handing me down. The kicker she wasn’t even the one checking me out she was checking someone else out who she made wait while she badgered me about signing up for this program I didn’t want I just wanted to pay and leave after waiting so long. We won’t be back for awhile if ever Hudson has a pet smart we will just make the drive out.

When I asked at the checkout counter, the staff person quickly looked at an inventory list and said there should be some on the shelf. Then, he went to where they were and brought them back to me. He did all of these interactions cheerfully and respectfully. I was very pleased with him. In an often cold, indifferent world, he was a day brightener, and I left the store happily feeling that some people do enjoy their work, and care about the service they provide. He'll do well whatever else he does in the coming years.

I ended up walking about because he/she was quite rude. Basically called me a liar about the size tank I have and what I have in my own tank at home. Everyone wonders why people only shop online now.
