- ALAndreiby Lantigua2 days ago1.0Horrible customer service from Amelia. I drove an hour to buy a chinchilla, only to be told that I couldn’t purchase her unless I bought the cage as well. I explained that I already had a room prepared for her, but she didn’t seem to trust me or believe that I was prepared to take care of the animal. I completely understand wanting to make sure an animal goes to a good home, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. After driving an hour, I feel like my time was completely wasted. Customers deserve better communication and respect.
