Over the summer, they helped me in moments of panic when my mystery snails go from 10 to 60! Everything is always clean, the pets are in good condition, and the staff has more knowledge than most places in the area! Thank you :)

- KSKaryn SimoneauApr 24, 20261.0If I could give NEGATIVE 1,000,000 stars I would!!!! My dog went for grooming. He typically takes 1 1/2 hrs the most, at a DIFFERENT Petco location. This one felt “weird” to me from the moment I walked in. If I had listened to my gut, we would have left. I had to call them after over 2 hours. Mind you, my beagle doesn’t even need a haircut! It’s bath, nails, glands, and dry. Nothing crazy. About 2 hours after I got him home he was unable to jump onto our couch, which was a very normal every day action for him. He steadily declined and needed emergency spinal surgery for a slipped disc today totaling over $14K!!!!!! I know I signed his poor life away going there and I’ll never know what happened. DO NOT GO!!!!! And SHAME ON THEM FOR NEGLIGENCE!!! Beyond angry and upset!
