  Today we brought our pop for a wellness visit. Booked appointment for 1100 am and received email confirmation stating the same. We were contacted and told we were late for our 1045 appointment and were treated disrespectfully. Once brought it the tech and Doc were good but the cost was much higher than expected..informed labs would have to be sent out and informed he needed a prescription we could pick up before closing. TOLD 6 PM at first and then said let me check to confirm time. Told 530 was closing. My Bride went to pick up the script before 530 and when there all doors were locked. One of the employees came to the door and asked if she needed assistance and she explained about the script which was retrieved She the told my Bride we close at 5. Web Site says 530. To say this was the worst visit in our 30 plus years of support is an understatement. We will look for alternatives and would not recommend this kind of customer service to any family looking for Assistance with their pets..Everyone has a bad day and thankfully you caught me when I was having a good one

  My dog needed a nail trim and he hates it, but it’s necessary so we took him. The girl that took him back did a great job and was so gentle and sweet with him. NEAH is my dogs regular vet and they’re always friendly and give fast and courteous seevice always helpful. I recommend them for animal care always.

  I've always loved the care and service my pets always receive here! I brought my 11 year old kitty, Dolce' in for a sick visit yesterday, and she's they took great care of her! Today, Dolce's a happy cat!

  Olaf had a great visit! We had had some not so great experiences in the past, however decided 1 more chance & glad we did! Kaitlyn was awesome & very engaged in asking about Olaf. The Dr Duffy came in and WOW the visit got even better. Both got on the floor with Olaf as they checked him. Didn't feel like we were "taking up time" but instead that we were treated with such care. The injection Dr Duffy suggested has started working & Olaf acty ran with his"niece" on Sunday! Thank you so much Dr Duffy & Kaitlin for taking the time to talk about Olaf's care & show you know how special he is to us!
