  I don't know how there can be positive reviews for such a horrible place. I called five separate times to have my dog ​​examined, and every single time, they washed their hands of the matter by sending her to an emergency clinic. They are supposed to examine the dog first and then decide whether it’s an emergency or not, but they refused to even see her. Every instance involved an issue that her regular vet could have handled; TLC Animal Hospital in New Bedford examined her, provided the necessary treatment, and now she is fine. They only care about the easy stuff, routine visits, vaccines, spaying, and the money, while sending everything else to emergency care. A veterinarian who truly loves the profession and works out of a genuine calling doesn't shy away from helping animals that need care to get well and live better lives. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything in the world. I had an absolutely terrible experience.

  Brought in my bonded pair of male guinea pigs for their first visit. The front staff were so professional, the doctor and the assistant were just so amazing. The doctor made it a point to say how much she loved guinea's and it really showed in how well she cared for and handled them both. The entire visit could have been really stressful for them and myself as a new parent, but instead it was actually enjoyable. They clipped their nails and showed me how. The doctor even made it a point to assure me that both boys are healthy, even if one is a bit porkly, and that I am doing a great job. I'll be back again for sure!

  Today we brought our pop for a wellness visit. Booked appointment for 1100 am and received email confirmation stating the same. We were contacted and told we were late for our 1045 appointment and were treated disrespectfully. Once brought it the tech and Doc were good but the cost was much higher than expected..informed labs would have to be sent out and informed he needed a prescription we could pick up before closing. TOLD 6 PM at first and then said let me check to confirm time. Told 530 was closing. My Bride went to pick up the script before 530 and when there all doors were locked. One of the employees came to the door and asked if she needed assistance and she explained about the script which was retrieved She the told my Bride we close at 5. Web Site says 530. To say this was the worst visit in our 30 plus years of support is an understatement. We will look for alternatives and would not recommend this kind of customer service to any family looking for Assistance with their pets..Everyone has a bad day and thankfully you caught me when I was having a good one
