  Went to get my dogs nails cut, I always go here and noticed the dewclaws were untouched, so I go back inside and acknowledged it since that’s what I paid for on top of a tip and the girl tells me that she couldn’t do it because of how my dog was reacting “For no reason”. Either get someone to help you or let someone else to do it, but it’s very unprofessional to tap my dogs head and throw your hands up in the air and give me attitude because you can’t cut his nails as a groomer. There were three other workers standing around making faces at each other instead of helping.

  Grooming staff had so much attitude, I don't even know where should I begin. I don't want to hear after I take my dog for a grooming that "oh I've checked your Petco record and you haven't groomed your dog for awhile" - you don't know what's going on in my life and my dog's grooming maintenance is not at the top of my priority right now, YET I'm trying my best taking her as much as I can. Not only that, I've got a pre ordered package for my dog and added a bandana in the order. The lady did not ask me or give me a call about any changes - saying my dog needed extra shampoo so she added that on my behalf without my consent. Which makes me feel so blindsided that I had to pay extra for some extra shampoo, telling me how dirty my dog was. This is a German Shepherd who digs holes in my backyard every single day. But she was not filthy to begin with and if you added something - how about pick up your phone and give me a call before you assume everyone's going be okay with your decision and unsolicited advice. I won't be visiting this location anymore.
