  Took my 10 week old puppy Timothy, in today for nails. everyone was so sweet. They took such patience time so he would not be scared and even had the cutest apparel. Thank you so much. We will be back soon.

  My favorite go to place for self grooming as they're limited on cape cod and the best employees who remmeber you after coming several times!!!!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Hot Diggity Dog Grooming Services. I have a Yorkiepoo whose soft, fine, human-like fur mats very easily, and ever since he was a puppy, grooming and brushing have been extremely stressful for him. Keeping up with his coat has been challenging, and in the past, they were unable to groom him because of his anxiety and temperament. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or judged, the owner compassionately suggested that I speak with my veterinarian about medication to help ease his anxiety during grooming appointments. I followed their recommendation, and it truly made all the difference. When I brought him back after giving him the medication prescribed by his vet, the staff was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind. They were so compassionate toward both my dog and my feelings about the condition of his coat. At no point did I feel judged for the mats, only supported. A few hours later, I picked up what felt like a brand-new dog! Not only did they do an amazing job grooming him, but they also took the time to give me helpful advice on how to better manage his coat and make future grooming experiences more comfortable for him. The combination of the veterinary support and the staff’s genuine care, patience, and dedication was truly game-changing for my dog. I’m so grateful to have found a grooming service that cares so deeply about the animals they work with.
