  Will change vet for my dog. This banfield in Danvers, MA has the worse professional vets . Every time I call to make appt for my dog they don’t have available and the vet tell me to bring my dog to the animal hospital. Why I pay this optimum plan every month? And they telling with this plan you have priority for appts. How a vet send a dog to be seen an animal hospital if he didn’t see the dog first and know what going on? I’m talking about when my dog has some injury or doesn’t feel well . I call to make appt and they never can see him. And they tell me every time if Im not happy I can go to other Banfield location. How professional is that? Rarely they tell to drop off. I don’t like drop off. I want be in the room with my dog and talk directly with the vet. My dog is old and have anxiety. So yes I will make the appt for in room . I pay for it and no ver will tell me I have to drop off. Banfield in Danvers, MA is a shame. They should close the doors. YES, to the attendant who was rude and told me to go to other locations. I will for sure. Never more you will see me or my dog. Is terrible when you pay a good amount monthly to make sure your dog has a good care and he been treating like that. Stay far from Banfield in Danvers , MA

  Wish I could put zero stars. Place sucks, scheduled an appointment online for them to call me 1 hour before appointment to cancel. Told me to call back so I did. 7 times now no answer. Hope your animals never the inside of this place.

  Best location!! I have locations closer to home but Danvers is well worth the travels. All team members are so helpful, very nice & always so kind to the pups. My dog absolutely loves visiting and seeing her favorite vet tech that includes Billy & Aria. Billy is always so informative always happy to see us. We love our trips to Banfield!!

  Our dog died and they want us to keep paying health insurance for him. Or get penalized ($600) for cancelling it even though he’s gone…. how heartless? Greedy and beyond immoral. Disgusting company to work with. Do not get roped into an insurance plan with them. Also on a side note: they misdiagnosed our dog multiple times and they dot have all the proper resources/tools of a proper vet facility.

  From beginning of appointment to the end every staff member is so kind, professional and informative. This Danvers location is top notch always. From services, prices and plans they are so reasonable. AAA+++
