  I signed up for the extra benefits membership to get monthly discounts. It was $239 for a year with 20 percent off purchases and grooming It was worth it for five minutes until they charged $18 for taxes. Why am l paying taxes on a membership when it's nothing l can physically use like a produc? Then, after my dog got groomed (good job, short haircut, like l requested) I reviewed my bill. I got the 20 percent off the grooming package but 1. Didn't need the vip package ( l paid extra so my dog wouldn't be stuck in a cage waiting although no one was there) 2. On the bill was listed " incidentals" for 5.99. When I called from the parking lot l found out the "incidentals" were just dog shampoo/soap. WTH? So l was quoted a price that DIDN'T INCLUDE SOAP FOR THE Grooming services. Why wasn't l told ahead before coming in when l asked how much for my dog? What kind of sneaky shady business is that? So the price had a hidden 5.99 fee and the Membership had a $17 tax attached all without letting me know ahead. It was my first time in that store. The employees were nice and helpful. The business is shady. I also looked at dog food. There were at least six bags of the dog food l use that l looked at. EACH BIG BAG had a different price ticket under them so I had no idea how much a big bag of Science Diet sensitive stomach costs. Corporate show find out WHY l was taxed on a membership. I never heard of such a thing. I asked if l could transfer the members to my other dog if my old dog dies. They said no. So l would lose that money. I was told l could cancel but why would l cancel it if it can't be transferred to a living dog if one dies? They already took the yearly price off me and l was told no money back. My dog and l were happy with the first time haircut there. We were NOT impressed by the hidden fees and sketchy business practices.

  The most loving and talented groomer ever! I cannot say enough good things about Barbara. Not only did my dog come out looking absolutely beautiful, but it brings me so much joy to see how genuinely they love and care for my dog. It’s clear that this isn't just a job for them—they truly shower the animals with love. Knowing my fur baby is in such loving hands gives me total peace of mind. Thank you for being so amazing!

  Our dog "Chase" has been going to this "Grooming Salon" since he was a pup. He loves his Stylist "Barbara".! I don't think that he has ever complained when we drop him off with her. We are very comfortable bringing him there because of that!
