  Very unhelpful employee working the aquatic department on a Sunday early afternoon visit. He placed Petco policy over listening to the customer’s experience and seeking to understand the situation. Shop somewhere else for aquatic supplies.

  The selection of pet supplies here is pretty good, and I appreciate the knowledgeable staff who are often ready to help. However, the prices can be a bit on the high side compared to other places, and sometimes the store feels a bit cluttered. Overall, it's a decent spot for pet owners, just be prepared to spend a little more.

  I've always had a fantastic experience at this Petco! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, making shopping for my pets a breeze. Plus, the selection of toys and treats is impressive—I always leave with something special for my furry friend!

  This Brighton store is absolutely atrocious for scheduling a Vital Care appointment for teeth brushing and nail cutting, for which I pay every month. Cannot reach them by telephone; cannot leave a voicemail; cannot schedule anything online. When I try to schedule anything on line, it bounces back to a phone call, which is never answered. I have told them about this problem, and it has persisted for months. No response, no calls, nothing. I do have not this problem with the store in Needham. To be fair, the groomers are excellent at their work and in relation to customers, but I cannot schedule appointments with them. I recommend avoiding the aggravation and frustration of dealing with the Brighton store.

  Severely understaffed and incapable of filling services promised. The incompetence of the Vetco cost me hundreds of dollars out of pocket because they put my dogs charts under a different profile and then REFUSED to give me access to the services I PAID FOR. The groomers and clearly understaffed uncomfortable and incapable. I’ve tried to be patient and accommodating and unfortunately Petco is willing to take my money and not deliver. Find a different place to spend your money
