  Employees are really kind and helpful, I had no problem returning an item my kitten couldn’t use, and I ended up exchanging it for more formula for him. Petco always has what I need.

  I have been going to this Petco only recently since I switched to mostly Chewy deliveries. The last 3 times I’ve been there an incredibly astute and friendly Petco employee was able to help me find what I needed. When a manager told me they were out of the particular product I was looking for Ron spoke up and led me to where they were! Today I was looking for it again and they had moved its location. I asked Ron who not only remembered who I was but also knew where they were now kept. He is an exemplary employee with a kind, gentle nature. I hope Petco knows what a gem they have in Ron.

  Rating 5 stars because 9/10 times I’ve come here, staff was amazing and this Petco doesn’t deserve a lesser rating because of one bad apple ~ HOWEVER~ Was looking at live rock / saltwater options 2pm today (Sunday) but lights were off and staff was nowhere to be found for 20+ minutes. I’m short, so I took the liberty to use a step stool to take a look at higher tanks. Some managerial clown finally emerged from a back room and proceeded to scold me like a child (I’m 33) and assume I knew that because lights were off, saltwater options weren’t available “due to treatment”. To said managerial clown: learn to use your words and at the very least, be present in the aquatics section, which you’re paid to station instead of hiding in the back room. If not, please seek an alternative occupation that doesn’t require talking with people, because your social skills are giving ~work remotely around no people~

  Look I love the is Petco because it’s close to my house BUT im disappointed that all the Beta fish look sick They don’t feed them well or change the water enough in that small plastic container. Please do better. I go to get my cat her food and I check on them every time. If anyone else goes please say something too about the animals

  I cannot say enough nice things about the Groomers at this location. They always do a great job on my dog but the staff (shout out Dayanara and Chrisely) are incredibly friendly, super helpful and just a true pleasure to interact with. I know my dog is in great hands when they go in for a bath or nail trim but it's a bonus to also enjoy chatting with the staff. Thank you for being so wonderful across the board!
