  Last May, my wife and I adopted Nellie. She was only five months old at that time. Nellie is a maltipoo rescue. She had been living with another family here in town and taking care of her was becoming difficult due to the family's changing daily schedules. Our doggie daycare provider, Debbie, at Wicked Good Dog in Holbrook, MA, called us, She explained Nellie's predicament. She told the family that she knew of a loving home where the owners had another maltipoo rescue, our 9-year-old Caity. Deb and her staff had been providing daytime and boarding services for us for the last seven years. We love them! Once we met Nellie, the rest as they say was history. Her first family took her to Banfield Pet Hospital in Braintree when she was a new puppy. They told us that she received excellent care. We have a different vet for Caity but decided to continue with them at least until Nellie got a little older. When we let Dr. Huffenus, our current vet know about the adoption, he gave the team at Banfield high marks. He told us Nellie would be in good hands. We really didn't expect that type of endorsement from another veterinarian, but we felt great that he said that. After meeting Dr. Anderson and the support team in Braintree, we know that we made the right choice for Nellie. Thank you! Scott and Dori Ployer

  Willow had her first exam here They treated her just great The first exam they gave her her vaccines and we brought her back. For her second rabies spaying and a microchip in her neck. She was put on medicine and gabapentin for 5. Days. she had the cone on. Her head but. Just wanted to be stretched. Out n comfy. They did a great job !!

  I just brought my 7 yr old labradoodle Dreamer to this location for having a leg injury. I was able to get an appointment in the morning by using the App. Dr Olson was amazing, called me several times during his exam, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I could tell he cared about Dreamer and wanted to give her the most appropriate care without going overboard on price. Dreamer is home resting now after some stitches. ❤️❤️❤️

  I went there to pick up medication—simple thing. After I arrived, the last customer finished the pet business and started to walk away from the desk. The front desk lady simply ignored me and kept chatting with the customer about their personal casual thing—not pet related. It lasted for 5 minutes. She was indifferent after she finally “noticed” me. She just gave me the medication, not saying a word about how to administer it, almost look like spitting any additional words would cost her. Banfield should train their front desk workers better because that’s where customers get first impression. Unfortunately she failed this time.

  Absolutely love this place! Going to miss going there for one they now only do surgery at this location you have to go to Forbes rd now for regular pet care but the staff and vets are the same people with Huge Hearts! A personal shout out to Dr.Cone you are a wonderful vet it is your calling in life don't ever forget that! After my heart heals over my Deucey I will rescue another old boy who needs to be loved. I will be seeing you again in the near future! Highly recommend this place!!! 5 🌟 star care! Sleep well my boy we will meet again.
