  Nice staff. Only issue is they kept getting me and my daughters account mixed up. Different names and different phone numbers. Not sure why this keeps happening.

  This place is a joke. I had 4 appointments scheduled for Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon comprehensive exams (2 per day) I get a call on Monday saying the 2,Wednesday appointments never should have been scheduled because that's surgery day. I call back to change the appointments, they change them to later the Wednesday afternoon. I then get a missed call the day before the appointments (Tuesday) saying the person didn't book my appointments properly and they need to be rescheduled again, on the voicemail they offer me to come in that afternoon. Over the next hour and a half I attempt to call back 7 times with no answer. I even tried the other Braintree location twice to see if they could get in touch with them, they don't answer either. When I finally get through , I am told that the appointment times they had available that afternoon are no longer available and they offer me Thursday afternoon, which I book. On Wednesday afternoon I get a phone call to confirm the appointments that I also have on Friday, for my other two pets. The first two pets actually get seen on thursday, and then Thursday night I get a call canceling my Friday appointments saying they aren't open that late that day, and those times never should have been able to be booked. I was not offered a slightly earlier time to come in, which I could have done, but only times that morning which weren't possible. So that is now twice I was given the same excuse for different pets that their appointment times never should have been allowed to be booked, one excuse that they hadn't booked it correctly, and one that they had somehow given away the appointment they were offering even though they wouldn't answer their phone. Multiple people seem to not know what they are doing allowing appointments to be booked, even calling me to confirm and it's absolutely ridiculous the amount of times i have had to schedule and reschedule or have had my appointments cancelled on me.

  Last May, my wife and I adopted Nellie. She was only five months old at that time. Nellie is a maltipoo rescue. She had been living with another family here in town and taking care of her was becoming difficult due to the family's changing daily schedules. Our doggie daycare provider, Debbie, at Wicked Good Dog in Holbrook, MA, called us, She explained Nellie's predicament. She told the family that she knew of a loving home where the owners had another maltipoo rescue, our 9-year-old Caity. Deb and her staff had been providing daytime and boarding services for us for the last seven years. We love them! Once we met Nellie, the rest as they say was history. Her first family took her to Banfield Pet Hospital in Braintree when she was a new puppy. They told us that she received excellent care. We have a different vet for Caity but decided to continue with them at least until Nellie got a little older. When we let Dr. Huffenus, our current vet know about the adoption, he gave the team at Banfield high marks. He told us Nellie would be in good hands. We really didn't expect that type of endorsement from another veterinarian, but we felt great that he said that. After meeting Dr. Anderson and the support team in Braintree, we know that we made the right choice for Nellie. Thank you! Scott and Dori Ployer

  Willow had her first exam here They treated her just great The first exam they gave her her vaccines and we brought her back. For her second rabies spaying and a microchip in her neck. She was put on medicine and gabapentin for 5. Days. she had the cone on. Her head but. Just wanted to be stretched. Out n comfy. They did a great job !!
