  This place is awful. I took my older cat here in December 2025 because he seemed unwell. They spent 80% of the visit trying to sign me up for the optimum wellness plan that I said multiple times I didn't want. They spent 5 minutes looking at the cat and said he was fine. I took him back there once in January 2026 for a shot and never went back. The cat died in April because there were actually several things wrong with him that they didn't catch. Since then I've been fraduently signed up their wellness plan. I called several times to dispute this. In May, I thought I had it settled. They said all balances were paid off and that I would be removed from the plan. I just learned that the plan was "automatically renewed" and it is $200+ to cancel. They automatically renewed the plan they knew I didn't want for a dead cat. For compassionate vet care, I recommend Braintree Vet Care. They were wonderful. Banfield is unbelievably corrupt. They don't care about your pet. Only your money.

  Doctor told my mother my dog needed a heart worm test every 6 months even though it says 1 year to add another 130$ to the bill do yourself a favor and take your dog somewhere else I look forward to fighting with them all morning on the phone good luck if you do go there pay attention to things like this

  The vet was rude to me the 1st time i bright my dog in, tried to tell her the dogs issue & her response was i was spirling, i was telling her about 2 issues my dog had. 2nd time I brought my dog to get her teeth cleaned, normally the vet calls me to say if there's any issues, she never called. I'm picking another bansfield, & I'll make sure she's not a vet there.

  First thing, the phone service is awful trying to speak with someone the wait is way too long. When the rep pick up automatically saying I have to put you on hold because another customer is waiting. You ended up wait for 20 minutes to then be sent to a voice recording to leave a message to get a call back. I also, think the office visits is way too expensive along with some of the service provided. You are being charged for every single items. The check out process is way too long and unorganized. The 2 rep alway seem unsettled and doing to much at one time. I feel like when I bring my dog there, they care is compassionate is just getting the service done you pay and out the door. And I am really considering transferring my dog medical records to a more reliable compassionate facility. Hopefully there will be some improvements. 🤞
