They try to upsell you on services every time; would not be surprised if this vet is owned by PE firm and vets are getting compensated on what they can 'sell' even though it may not be needed. Nothing feels genuine about the advice and it doesn't feel like it's in the dog's best interest, just whatever costs the most. I'm transferring my dog out of this vet and not happy I chose them whatsoever.
- PHPage HironsAug 20, 20265.0We have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Yolanda Ng at Banfield South Boston. We have a cat that has some health issues that are not always easy to figure out, and Dr. Yolanda went above and beyond to try to get all of the testing possible done to ensure our cat receives the best care. She seems to have a really great understanding and love towards cats. We also really appreciate her communication style. If we ever have questions about certain test results or issues that come up with our cat, she talks them out thoroughly and with kindness as well.
