  I came to this place because someone recommended it to me. It is a clean, lovely, and well-stocked shop, offering many options for pets. The employees are friendly, and my little dog was attended to by an experienced groomer; I was very pleased with the result. However, I cannot give them a 5-star rating because I feel they took advantage of me. When I first called to inquire about the cost of a cut and bath for a Pomeranian, they told me it would be between $90 and $95—they never mentioned that this was just the starting price. The thing is, I was shocked when they charged me $150. Never—neither anywhere else in Boston, nor in other places I’ve lived recently like Miami and New York—have I ever been charged that amount. I can appreciate that the groomer is experienced, but I have had experienced groomers before, and I have never had to pay anything like this. It’s a shame, because I really liked the place, but I won’t let something like this happen again. So, if you plan to go, please double-check the cost to ensure there are no surprises like this at the end.

  Wow this place just keeps on going. Has a ton of toy and food options, staff was nice. Def recommend

  Right before my daughter's wedding she insisted I get my gross lab/Newf cross cleaned up. Groomer stayed very late as he needed to be shaved down [nice ruff around face] looked fabulous! Inexpensive and no other places would accept him due to his size [and he wasn't That Big] Without them I would have been Toast! Oh and Come Here for the coolest Halloween displays! Hooves and.... BUY LOCAL!!!!

  Just had the most wonderful experience a this warm and friendly Pet store. Went in to have my dogs nails trimmed. The owner Kaitlin suggested that our Bearded Collie needed a brushing. Told me the rate and I agreed. When I picked him up he looked fantastic. All mats were gone! Belly clean shaved and was as calm as could be. So happy to have found our new pet shop!!!!
