Chy provided our puppy (and family) excellent training. She was hands-on, communicated clearly, and was responsive to our dog’s specific needs and behaviors. I would highly recommend her to others!

I love this grooming staff! I would recommend this place to anyone who gets their dogs groomed. They take special care of all their animals and go the extra mile!

I have brought my mini Irish doodle here for 3.5 years now. I use their vet clinic, I buy a ton of things in their store and I’ve always brought him there for grooming about every 10 weeks. I also pay for the wellness package. My dog was supposed to have a grooming session today, but earlier this morning he had a little episode where he was off-balance and got sick once, a very small amount. This lasted for like five minutes. I read that focal seizures are common in dogs like mine. I called Petco mentioning that he might’ve had a small seizure this morning, so can I just have his nails clipped and I will reschedule for a groom appointment and that I just wanted to take today to let him rest a little bit. I’m not even sure if it was a seizure, I just read that it was common. The very rude clinician, who got on the phone, told me that he can never be seen there again for grooming. Wait, what?! This is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I would absolutely not recommend Petco to have your dog groomed!!! Also, it was always dirty and I never saw them wiped down the tables after each dog. I kept going there, because I trusted the woman named Shannon, who does a very good job.

He hecho ya 2 citas para mi perro y no he podido atenderlo.
