  Best vet ever. We've been taking our four cats and 110 pound dog to Family Friends for a few years now. Before that we tried several Littleton/Westford/Acton area vets and I never felt great about them. One treated us like numbers and always pushed extra treatments, another's rates went up by 20-25% every year three years running, another couldn't seem to keep staff, and felt toxic in general. But Dr. Baigelman is a superstar with the animals, and feels sensible and reasonable. I never feel like he's pushing extra stuff to make more money or trying to scare me, and he is friendly and laid back. He even lets our giant doggo lick his face to his heart's content! That's a true animal lover. His team is equally friendly and helpful. When you first visit, keep a sharp eye out for the turn - it's easy to miss. Since the practice is in what appears to be a former single-family home, you'll feel like you've pulled into someone's driveway. But don't worry, you and your pets are in the right place - in every way possible. Thanks Dr. B and team. I'm so glad my animals' care is in your capable hands.

  Family friends is great. Dr Bleck is very friendly, great with our dog, and knowledgeable and always very transparent and reasonable about costs so you’re never surprised. One of the few places that hasn’t sold out to some bigger company. Please stay that way!
