- MWMary WidenerJul 19, 20261.0I dropped my dog off at 1pm at the time of her appointment and the groomer said it would take 3 hours max, 4pm comes around and we didn't hear anything we came back and were told she wasn't ready. Our dog was not ready until after 5pm. The groomer had stopped and started on her cut. The groomer wasn't even with our dog when we came in, the groomer was outside. Very disappointed and would not recommend for the price you pay. The only good thing is that she looked decent. I am very upset with petco and will not return.
