- CCcrissiJun 27, 20263.0very disappointed, the pet hospital staff are amazing, but the grooming staff on the other hand? absolutely not. whoever is in charge of grooming does not have a pleasant attitude, they rescheduled my dogs grooming appointment 3 times, got the times mixed up and then also turned us away TODAY when we finally got through to actually have the grooming appointment. groomer says that my dog was matted and that they couldn’t do anything which is crazy because when booking the appointment for my dog it asks if my dog has matting, meaning they already knew my dog had slight matts. get your act together with the grooming service, the energy and vibes are not there.

The customer service is the absolute worst — outsourced support, communication barriers, and inconsistent information from representatives made my very first interaction one I would never recommend to anyone. However, Vetco on Youree Drive is a completely different story. Dr. Campbell and her staff are phenomenal. They consistently go above and beyond, and their level of care is unmatched. The grooming salon, on the other hand, was another negative experience. Very poor customer service, no diversity, and one of the groomers was confrontational, rude, and even overcharged me while refusing to address my concerns. The in‑store team and management were awesome, but I would strongly advise steering clear of customer service and the grooming salon.
