While this facility is very affordable and the staff members we interacted with were kind, I am extremely disappointed with our overall experience. We brought our 8-week-old kitten here three times within the last month for what we initially suspected was a flea allergy or skin issue.
During those visits, he was prescribed multiple medications, including two different antibiotics and a steroid, but unfortunately none of these treatments have improved his symptoms. His tail has become increasingly inflamed and swollen, and the rash/skin issue has continued to spread to his upper back, underbelly, and the area around his anus and penis, where hard lumps have now developed.
My biggest concern is that we never received a clear diagnosis or a deeper workup to determine what is actually causing our kitten so much discomfort. It felt as though treatment was based mostly on the appearance of the rash rather than further investigation into the underlying cause.
I understand that not every case is easy to diagnose, but I wish there had been more transparency if they were unsure of what was happening so that we could have sought a second opinion sooner instead of continuing to spend money on treatments that were not helping.
The staff was friendly, but as pet owners, we needed a veterinary team that would continue looking for answers when the initial treatments failed. We are now seeking care elsewhere because our kitten deserves a thorough evaluation and a plan that addresses the actual cause of his condition.

I was really disappointed with my experience. After purchasing my puppy from a breeder, I had to call three separate times just to get the vaccination record. Every time I was told they had been emailed, but I never received anything. I'm not sure if they were never actually sent or if the receptionist spelled my email wrong every time.
Vaccination records are an essential part of owning a new puppy, and it shouldn't take multiple phone calls to get them. I hope they improve their communication and have different ways to send documents other than through an email!

I have to pass several areas that have vet offices, and I will continue to do so as long I have a dog in my life. I've gone there a few times, and each time I arrived with a frown, it was turned upside down thanks to the staff here. I truly appreciate everything they've done for my dog. If you're looking for a new vet, please consider them... it's worth it.
