- KZKim ZweiflerMay 27, 20261.0I normally am very happy with the service I get at Petco. Not this time! About two hours after I left my dog I received a message that the groomer ( who apparently is the new grooming manager) was “giving my dog a break” and would resume the service soon . I went over to Petco and found that my dog had been bathed and dried and then put in a cage for a hour while the groomer left the premises . My dog had not even been fully groomed. Completely unprofessional behavior! I had the store manager get my dog for me and I left . About an hour after that I received a text saying that my dog was ready to be picked up!! I will not be going back!
