- PPPrissy5 days ago3.0The majority of the staff are lovely, very smiley and seemed sweet toward my little pup. But the younger girl on the register should not be the last employee experience customers are expected to bear with. She has an attitude and barely spoke at all. I asked if she could bag my items (as she didnt) and she bagged one item - I was carrying my dog so she wouldn’t bother customers and had to bag the items myself. She was acting as if that was too much effort for her. If she can’t handle the cash register she should be in a different position or job.

Buying fish or a pet should be a positive experience, and if people hate their job that much, they need to find another job and not take their crappy attitude out on customers.
