    We had a great experience at Petco for Frankie’s first vet visit. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and patient with our new puppy. They made sure Frankie was comfortable and took the time to answer all of our questions.

    My initial experience was great; but trying to follow up with them if there is another concern has been an issue for me. I don’t think I’ll be back due to lack of communication. Probably didn’t want to tell me that my cat was a bit too temperamental for them.

    I absolutely like the vet care. They genuinely care for the animals they see an it shows will not being going anywhere other than here for both of my dogs!

    I couldn’t be more happy that since I moved to Lafayette that I’ve taken my two dogs to Vetco total care. Dr. Birke, Evangeline, and the entire staff were so thorough, attentive, and went above and beyond with their care.
