  Those poor cats in the cage in the back have been sleeping and living in there own feces and pee because the employees seem to refuse to clean their enclosures, empty water jugs as well....those cats have the look of a cry for help they are technically being abused by the employees...how do you expect someone to want to adopt them and give them a home walking up and smelling how terrible the mess is, thats just gonna make people turn their heads and those poor cats are stuck there even longer.....do better petco.....they would have a better life outside and thats scary to say because people are cruel to animals in lafayette, as you can see even business treat them poorly

  Is anyone that works here ever going to clean those cats litter boxes out? You can smell them 20 ft away from the enclosure and they are just filled with nothing but poop and pee literally caked up...poor cats look so neglected and sad its heartbreaking....this store is never busy when i come in so i dont know why an employee cant focus on those poor kitties and give them a clean cage....who do we call to report stuff like this?

  I come in here every week and the two kitties that have been there, momma and baby have not been properly taken care of, there litter boxes havent been changed in weeks, the water jugs have been empty on their water bowls and the water left in the bowl is dirty as all can be, those two cats are super depressed they wont even react to trying to get their attention....breaks my heart its a place thats supposed to care for animals and they are just letting those cats rot in their own feces pretty much.....i will be reporting this store

  The store was clean and the staff were readily available. Probably the first pet store that didn’t wreak upon entry. Great job!

  very loyal customer, spend a lot of money and time in this petco. befriended most of the staff here, chase, ash, jacob but it turns out they’re more worried about talking and circled around in a group playing with a bird than serving my boyfriend and i. we waited around for a long time and they even glanced at us, thinking we were about to be helped they went BACK to ignoring us and only paying attention to the bird and their coworkers, i wont be surprised if you guys go bankrupt. i i’ll be sticking with tractor supply for my pet needs and flurtacy aquarium for my fish. to hell with you alll
