  I came home from work and my dog was in pain. I realized that her left nail on her back paw was a grown into her paw went to Petco, hoping the grooming services were open, but they were not so I went to go buy the nail clipper and went to go check out explain what happened and she went out of her way to help me to clip the nail that was growing into her paw thank you very much

  The Hammond store seems to only put dead feeders on their shelves. They have no problem with selling animals that require mealworms, Dubai roaches, super worms, etc but can’t provide healthy feeders for these pets. For the past few months including yesterday when I walked into the store all their feeders are dead, dried up, and often molded. I know the feeders are in a horrible state before I even turn to the isle because you can clearly smell the rot. I’m a frequent shopper, going in store at the least twice a week so it’s very disappointing. Step up Petco, your business is far too large to be ordering from unreliable sources for our pets, including the ones you sell in store.

  It was ok. Was not greeted when walking in although employee was right there with the kittens. Wasn’t offered any help locating items. Check out was quick.
