  The people who work at Petco are so nice and accommodating. I ordered a Scratching Post delivered to my home and I brought it to the location on Pinnacle and they kindly assembled it for me. I am very appreciative of their assistance. Furthermore, I offered to pay for their time, however they would not accept any payment. Highly recommend this place for all your pet needs.

  I can’t believe petco is still selling these betta fish. I know it’s not the employees faults but the condition of some of these fish are horrible and it disgusts me that no one does any thing about it. Money hungry corporation.

  Love how this Petco closes earlier than any other Petco and google just refuses to warn you that you are wasting your time driving here!! It is very frustrating driving an hour because yall stock sucks at other stores just for this supposedly bigger store that stocks more in a mall area just for it to be closed. Makes this location and a brick and mortar absolutely pointless. I’ll just refuse to even walk in a store unless I absolutely have to and just use a site like chewy or Amazon. This is why literal physical store locations are dwindling and becoming obsolete. Yall are never open when yall need to be and it is always and I mean always a hassle not convenient to go here. I’m not gonna but a low review because it’s nothing against the actual location at all in a way. Just their dumb hours in a prominent location and they will wonder as a company why they can’t keep people in the door. Well this is why. It’s not convenient at all ever.

  Poor training and knowledge of store policy. There was an unleashed dog walking around while its careless owners wandered. Dog almost left the building twice. I asked the cashier, Emily, “y’all don’t tell guests to leash their dogs anymore?” And she said she didn’t know if that was even a thing. I guess it’s a good thing I’m not afraid of or allergic to dogs while I came in to purchase fish, because a seemingly harmless situation could have been much worse. Educate your employees and enforce your policies.
