  Tricia took great care of Jane! She gave me an adorable report card of Jane being well behaved and a nice little note. We really appreciate how great Petco takes care of our dogs. Thank you so much!

  Most employees here are so wonderful and incredibly helpful. The manager this day instead spent over 15 minutes trying to prove that I did not deserve the clearance price for cat food that was improperly stocked but matched the tag exactly. He proceeded to argue with me over this issue, and then made of show of asking the cashier to verify that I paid for the original items as if I was trying to steal them, saying he did not want to get fired for giving me a deal he did not believe I should get. He delayed the shopping trips of other customers to make sure I did not get the sale and embarrassed me publicly for a fault of the store.

  I had a medical incident happen today and I just wanted to recognize cashier Asher. I went into Petco today to buy supplies for my new 75 gallon and they advised me on the all the products I selected, making me feel confident in my purchase. Very personable, held great conversation. After checking out I started feeling lightheaded and almost fainted. Asher immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me. They made sure I was seated, offered snacks and water, and even their jacket because I was shivering. I was accommodated until EMS got me. That kind of kindness is hard to find and I will remember our interaction today. Thank you Asher, I hope you have the best day.
