- NGNeyNey GeeJul 9, 20235.0I don't think there's enough room here to talk about how amazing the BPH team is! FIRST, I was frantic about my fur baby and listed all what happened in the last 12 hours. When I say "frantic," I mean ( 😨 ) The first person I was greeted was Kristin M., the front desk lady. She gave me eye contact and listened to my concerns. She did not miss a beat. She seemed generally concerned as I was. I knew then, based on her energy from body tone and voice, my Phi'Anna was in good hands. Kristen took my baby to the back. 20 minutes gone by, and I swear it was Dr. Thor who called me into the room, but her name is Dr. Bethany Cross ( 😊 ) Not only did Dr. Thor, I mean Dr. Cross tell me why she was sick and treatment, BUT SHE TOLD ME SO MUCH MORE. I never knew the other stuff my baby had challenge with. She went above and beyond what I was there for, which NO OTHER VET ever told me about my Yorkie. Things I could have worked on long before arriving at Benfield. I and my Phi'Anna were saved by Dr. Cross in learning future preventive measures. This is why I call her Dr. Thor, lol. She kicks @$ I am soooooo thankful I walked into their clinic. I wish I could bring this clinic to Austin. But now I know this clinic and will definitely be coming back as we stay every summer in a neighboring city Thank you, BPH Covington From: HAPPY CAMPERS

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
