Krewe is so excited to see Oliver and to learn and he is very responsive to their instruction and positive reinforcement. After a bad experience with a local trainer I feel so much relief to have found a trainer who understands the science and can answer all my questions in an informed way not based on outdated ideas and science. The location is convenient too as we grab snacks, toys or chews every week that keep Krewe enriched. Thanks so much!

BUT your website is a mess, makes it hard to load my points. every time you update I have to start over. this has gone on for years. you are a great company. you support pet Healthcare through veterinary schools. and donate money to research. this is grest! why cant you get your website in order? the last time you updated I couldn't load my points for months. then you increased member costs and limited benefits. now thst you got us as members it seems we have lost value. you are the best pet superstore. please get it together. thank you, Kathy Stites
