  ⭐ 1 star. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a ball python from this store a little over a month ago, & the store couldn’t tell me his age or even confirm his sex. I understand that sometimes an animal’s exact age may be unknown, but I expected the staff to at least have basic information about the animal’s history & care. Shortly after bringing the snake home, I discovered that he had mites. We’ve had to completely change his setup, remove his bedding & porous items, quarantine him, & work on getting him proper veterinary care because of an issue he apparently already had when we purchased him. What makes this even more frustrating is that we went back to the store specifically looking for mite treatment after discovering the infestation, only to find that they had no mite treatments available at all. We were already dealing with a health issue that should have been caught or disclosed before selling the animal, & then couldn’t even get the appropriate supplies or assistance from the store afterward. I absolutely love my snake & will take excellent care of him, but the experience with this store has been extremely disappointing. A customer should be able to expect a pet store to properly monitor the health of the animals it sells, provide accurate information about them, & have knowledgeable staff who can help when a health issue arises. I hope they take this seriously & improve their animal care, health checks, inventory, & staff knowledge so another customer doesn’t have to go through the same experience.

  Very easy to order the pet Care item I needed. They got it together quickly for me to be able to come pick up and very helpful and friendly when I came in the store

  I've been coming here for the past few years, customer service is always friendly and helpful. My go to in the area for cat&fish needs. If you're looking for live feeder rats you may want to look elsewhere though; the shipments are unpredictable
