    Alana did a great job with my Golden Retriever Lily's Face/Feet/Fanny trim, and also nail trim and buff. Exactly what I requested. Alana was gentle with Lily, and very friendly. Thank you!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/10) I was very disappointed with my experience. To start, I waited nearly 15 minutes just to get Lucy checked in, and she ended up being at the salon for almost four hours. Given that Lucy is 12 years old and brachycephalic, I specifically told the groomer that I did not want her staying any longer than necessary. The quality of the grooming was also underwhelming. Lucy’s haircut was uneven and choppy, her ears were not cleaned, and I’m not convinced her anal glands were expressed as requested. I paid for the seasonal experience and had to go back in to get her bandana. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. About an hour before pickup, I stopped by and was told Lucy wasn’t quite ready, but the groomer assured me she would call or text when she was finished. I never received any notification. When I eventually returned to pick Lucy up, the groomer had a Jimmy John’s lunch in hand and was telling another stylist she was heading to lunch, yet she never took a moment to contact me as promised. Overall, the extended wait, poor communication, and disappointing quality of the grooming left me dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.

    I’ve been using petco grooming for the past couple yrs. Started out around $90 and went this past Saturday 7/11/2026 and it was $130. It appeared all he got was a bath. This feet, mane nor his feathers around his rear wasn’t even touched. I won’t be going back.

    The groomers at PETCO on Maize Road in Wichita, KS did a FABULOUS job with my sweet Tilli Mae. As a rescue with a bit of a traumatic past, she is timid around new people. They cared and loved on her as if she was their own. She came out happy, beautiful and smelling amazing. Thank you SO MUCH!!
