As a rescue with a bit of a traumatic past, she is timid around new people. They cared and loved on her as if she was their own. She came out happy, beautiful and smelling amazing. Thank you SO MUCH!!
- MGMorgan GarciaJun 24, 20261.0Zero star rating! My dog spent nearly 6 hours at the groomer. They claimed this was because they were just busy. But really the issue is they overbook when understaffed. He ended up with long patches around his neck, his armpits were left long, and around his legs/feet. He also had spots all over his body that were too short. They cut a chunk of fur between his eyes down to the skin. His face/head/ears were still very wet when I picked him up. He gets groomed monthly and wasn’t matted anywhere. My dog is very calm and has always gotten compliments on behavior at the groomer. I paid $133 for the worst grooming experience in the 7 years of owning a dog that gets groomed frequently.
