  Took my dog Max for a deshedding bath and ordered a bandana on the 12th of May. I picked him up still super wet, no bandana, and the de shedding bath was a joke. I unfortunately left a tip. I should have known better than tipping before seeing the service. I called and asked for my money back for at least the bandana. I was told the grooming manager would call me back within the next two hours. Almost a week later and nothing. It should also be noted, that I waited 20+ minutes in line to check out before getting my dog. Staff were sitting in the grooming area eating burgers in front of dogs being groomed. Petco was told my issue and did nothing to make it right. Do not go to Petco for grooming unless you want to wait an absurd amount of time only to pay $80 for a wet dog, a joke of a shedding bath, and given the run around by staff.

  I love this store! The staff are friendly, the store is neat and tidy! Easy to find what your looking for and always a toy you didn’t know your pet needed 🤭

  I ordered a 45 lb bag of dogfood online for pickup. I went in the store and the guy took the huge bag out and asked if I was ready for it. He put it in my arms and I had to carry it out to my car, get the back opened and load it. That employee didn’t ask me if he could carry it out, get me a cart, nothing!!!! My husband couldn’t believe it! He said the dogfood should have been carried out as part of customer service and common courtesy. The only reason I went to Petco is my Chewy order was coming later and I wasn’t able to move the date up. I will continue getting dogfood and supplies from Chewy.

  Staff were very friendly. She saw us trying to look for an item and came over to see if we needed help. Very impressive! Found a natural pet med that we couldn't find at 3 other stores. We will return.

  We are a bit disappointed with this store lately. We purchase crickets weekly, and for some reason they have become increasingly stingy when counting them out. We often get home with less than we are charged for, which is made even more disappointing by the fact that a handful are dead within a day or two (we keep them in a cricket cage, with food and water, so this is not normal and only happens with crickets from this store). It’s consistent enough of a frustration we will have to look into other options to take our business elsewhere.
