  I am happy with the haircut that they gave my aussie. I am not happy with the way they brought him out to me though. The person that brought him out had him on the slip lead while i put his collar on, but the leash was not attached to the collar and when I got the collar on the person removed the slip lead before I could put my leash on him. Luckily I was able to grab him before he could bolt out the door into the busy parking lot or run around in the store. I am also in a wheelchair so there was no way I was going to be able to chase him down.

  dr. chris was wonderful. we had a very sick kitten in an emergency and couldn't pay anything but he wanted peace for her young soul as much as we did. so thankful for the amazing care they provided. gave us some of her fur, and sent us her stamped paw prints in the mail with a beautiful card that all the staff wrote sweet messages in and signed. filled up the whole card😭. these people truly care about animals and their parents. ❤️🙌🏼

  The poor animals there… sick fish, lethargic birds, and a ton of random merchandise that you can get at 5 Below. Corporate changeovers constantly have ruined this company. Go to Pet Supplies Plus. They actually care.

  Me and my husband were simply looking for a collar and leash this morning. The hours weren’t posted, we walked right through the front doors which were both open. The lady at the front said nothing to us, and we went to look at a simple collar and a leash. A male employee came up and rudely told us they were not open. Mind you a girl was sitting at the register when we walked through both OPEN set of doors and said nothing to us. We probably won’t be coming here for any future pet needs or referring others, which is unfortunate cause I boarded dogs and come into contact with so many pup owners. Pease do better… post your hours on your business doors if they are open, welcome people in when they walk through the doors, don’t wait until they’ve been there for 5-10 minutes before being rude about not being open. We were just simply driving around looking for an open store at 8am, open doors usually imply open for business. 🤷🏻‍♀️
