The kibble I want is food that he can nibble on when he gets a little hungry. I will not go back to Petco. I’m through with them. There is no intent of the employees to help you. They turn their head when you walk through the aisle looking for help. That’s not good service.. I went to PetSmart and was helped immediately to find some kibble that was human food.. The salesman took time with me to find it. When I gave it to my dog, he ate it immediately. And has done so for over a week. You’re going to lose customers if you don’t help them when they come into your store.
