  I have been coming here for five years, and unfortunately, the quality of service has noticeably deteriorated over time. The biggest issue is the wait. Whether it is a drop-off or in-room appointment, I have consistently experienced waits of 30 minutes or more. That is difficult to understand when you have made an appointment and planned your day around being there. I have also become increasingly disappointed by the interactions at the front desk. The level of warmth, courtesy, and professionalism has not always felt consistent, and there have been interactions that left me wondering whether every patron is being received with the same level of respect and consideration. The wellness plan is a nice concept, but I find the cancellation policy concerning. Even though you are already paying a monthly fee, canceling can require you to pay back the difference for services you have already received under the plan. In practice, this can make the plan feel less like a flexible wellness option and more like something you are financially locked into once you begin using it. After five years, I am disappointed to say that I believe there are many other veterinary practices that pet owners should consider. A good veterinary practice should provide not only quality medical care, but also respect for clients, reasonable wait times, transparency, and a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, that has not consistently been my experience here.

  Never have good experiences here at Banfield. My childhood cat that I took here for my first experience was chipped with a dog chip. I warned my husband that it was not a good spot to take our sick rescue kitten because of that experience but they had a promotion for free first visits. She was having issues with her eyes before coming in and a lowered temp. They put her in an incubator to warm her and got it to a lethal point. This is when they brought her back to the room after trying to force us to put her down. We came in asking for an antibiotic to help with the infection and they refused to discuss that at all. There are more details, but this post is already long enough. Overall, never take your pets here if you can help it in my opinion.

  Brought my two new kittens in for shots and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was they where short one shot so I have to go back again.
