So we took are 14 month old female Bella in today to get her spaded and the vet did bloodwork on her and checked her heart to make sure she was healthy enough to have surgery they never opened her up yet and she died on the table! I think the gave her to much anesthesia and stop her heart ! I strongly suggest you do not use them I think she is incompetent to say the lest. We will miss Bella every day .

This is where I've been taking my dog since I've had him almost 5 years. No complaints in the past. My only complaint this time was that when I took my dog's sample in and they said they would give me a call, i was cool with that. I know that they close at 5:30. So at 4:30 I hadn't heard from them. I called for an update. She had to go and check to see if my my sample and diagnosis (i assumed) was ready and it wasn't. She said she'd call me back. And she did, about 20 minutes later and told me that they're going to give him some medicine and I needed to get there before 5:30 which didn't give me a whole lot of time and i live a distance from them and was heading home because i had been in town all day and figured since i hadn't heard from them, all was good. I ain't going to lie, I was a little upset that they hadn't called me and I had to turn around and go back and I also had to rush to get back there. Otherwise he would have gone the whole weekend without medication. I guess that's a good thing that I was not at work.

I took my 4 month old kitten to be declawed at Animal Health Center of Wichita and he did not come back home!
First when I took him in that morning the woman up front was very rude, she said we tried to call you all day yesterday, why wouldn't you return out calls?? They had my cell phone number so if they had been dialing the right number I would have missed calls and I didn't, then she told me it was going to be $150.00 more than I was quoted on the phone, fine, as long as you are taking good care of my cat! They told me that they were taking my Gus in for surgery right then (8:00 A.M.) and they would call me with an update after the surgery. I went out to my car and immediatly texted my husband that I didn't have a good feeling abut the place because they were so rude but I didn't listen to my gut.... I got no phone calls, so around noon I started trying to call them, first no answer, second time no answer..then I got a message that said they were closed from 11:30 to 1:30 for lunch. about 10 minutes after I tried to call last the DR called me and told me that Gus had complications and died in the middle of the surgery! I know that this can happen from anesthesia but this cat went thru being neutered just fine, I honestly had a bad feeling when i took him in and I still feel like something happened that was negligent. i won't be back and if I had read a review like this before I took my cat there I would still have him.
