  Not a single person answered the phone there. I tried for almost 30 minutes calling their clinic and customer service. Biggest pain in the ass just to get a copy of my dog's vaccination records.

  I went in September towards the end of flea and tick season to get product for my pup to get through the next 8 weeks. The display had many options for a 2 month supply and the choices were overwhelming. When I made my selection and went to the counter to provide the card which needs to be produced to get the product unlocked by the cashier I was told they were out of stock on the 2 month option and since time was of essence as I was heading to board my dog I had to purchase the 6month supply at more than double the cost. They got me. Keep the supply out of stock and people have no other choice if they don’t want to drive around town. Maybe this is the time of year when more people purchase the 2 min to supply but if that’s the case then keep up with orders. But profitably is to their advantage when the more costly flea/tick control is in stock. In a tough economy the consumer can’t win if the retailer predetermines what they will reorder or sell. It almost seems unethical, if not then it’s inefficient inventory control or order management.

  Going to lecture you on fish while they have a minimum of a dozen dead fish in the tanks. Put the fish in the bag and zip it. Reading most of the other reviews it’s apparent they aren’t great communicators unless it’s amongst themselves.
